What's The Story

              Contrary to popular belief we actually DO take telephone orders. The catch is that we only take larger orders over the phone. The reason for this is that because we are drive thru only we have to keep our drive thru moving as expeditiously as we can. We tried taking every phone that came in when we first started but we were unable to keep up and would quickly be overwhelmed with a huge amount of small orders making it difficult to keep up with all of our guests orders in the drive thru line. We tried our best, but on more than one occasion we would crash and burn.

            So in the spirit of keeping things simple, organized and less chaotic we started only taking large orders over the phone. This eliminated the headaches for our guests (for the most part) and gave us a heads uo when a large order was coming in. This meant less mistakes. Less blocking traffic on Indian School Road and less frustration for the people who had already made the trip to our Shoppe and were already waiting in line. By no means is this a perfect system but it has definitely made it easier for us to take care of the many guests we see on a daily basis.

           We always appreciate the people that come through our drive thru, especially the ones that are patient with us as we work our hardest to get you our fresh made to order food as quickly as we can. If you have a large order over (around $65 dollars) we are always happy to take your order over the phone. In fact we prefer it. It gives the people working in our tiny little kitchen the heads up they need to start on your order and get it out to you ina timely manner while still being able to take care of the guest who have just ordered.
